MollytheDog2008.com Tournament of Presidents - Round of 24

Molly dominates W; Obama loses badly; Hill > Bill; Nixon steals it from Johnson

In the first section of the Round of 24, there were three blow outs and one close match. Molly easily advanced over George W Bush by the widest margin. John Fitzgerald Kennedy bypassed the superdelagates and stomped Barack Obama. Ironically, the recently conceded Hillary Clinton narrowly beat her husband, Clinton-42. Finally, in the first upset of the season, Tricky Dick Nixon weaved past Johnson.

John Adams squeaks past Monroe, Fillmore, Grant and Ford during play-in match!

During last week's match, John Adams stormed from behind in order to clinch the final seed in the tournament of presidents. This week, the Deuce will face off against General Eisenhower in the second set of first round matches. The first half of this week's games include some all-time classics, including the Battle of the Clintons ( Billy-Jefferson vs. Hill-Rod ), the Vietnam Presidents ( L-B-J and Tricky Dick Nixon ), and the Democratic match between J-F-K versus Barack Obama. Another key match is the cupcake for Molly the Dog and the current idio--- incumbent, Gee-Dub. Happy voting!
